The Company Onboarding API lets you create client companies in Everee and take them through onboarding without sending anyone to Everee's own sign-up flow. You send Everee the company's information, the person who signs for the company signs Everee's agreements in an embedded experience inside your product, and Everee reviews the result and tells you the outcome.
This section of the reference describes every endpoint. The Company Onboarding guides walk through the whole workflow, the statuses, and what to do at each step, so read those first if you are new to the API.

| Contract signing | The agreements, and the embedded session where the signer signs them. |

Authentication
Every endpoint in this section uses your partner API key, sent as an HTTP Basic credential with the key as the user name. See Authentication.
How the onboarding progresses
A company starts as a DRAFT that you fill in, moves to UNDER_REVIEW when you submit it, and ends APPROVED, DECLINED, or WITHDRAWN. See Statuses and the readiness check for what the draft needs before you can submit it.
