Delete Payable Item by ID

Delete a payable item. Payable items whose payment has been approved can only be deleted as an authorized correction, with correction-authorized=true.

Set to true to authorize deleting a payable item whose payment has already been generated (a correction). If false, attempting to delete such a payable item fails with an error.
