Update default work location

Update a worker’s default legal work location. This is the default address where they're assigned to work. It's used for various tax and compliance requirements, like state and local tax calculation and overtime classification. For W-2 employees, this setting is a factor in determining all tax liabilities. Clients who need to assign employer-side state unemployment tax to an alternate location should specify the appropriate Work Location ID using the "stateUnemploymentTaxLocationId" property.Changing a worker’s legal work location requires specifying an “effective date” for the change. This is the date, in the worker's local time zone, the change becomes effective.
