This endpoint lets you retrieve a list of approval groups for a company.
Approval groups allow you to create subdivisions of workers within a company. The types of groups vary from company to company, but a typical use-case is to establish multiple different pay cycles that run concurrently.
In that use-case, a company would create several approval groups, one for each staffing facility, branch office, or other meaningful subdivision of employees. Each approval group has its own pay cycle configuration, so for instance, the approval group for the Kansas City branch can have a weekly pay cycle ending on Friday and the Denver branch can have a weekly pay cycle ending on Tuesday.
Approval groups also support delegated payroll, timesheet, and leave request approvers. These approvers only have the selected access permissions to the groups they manage.
A worker's approval group can be specified at the time of creation in Everee (see the approvalGroupId field in the Create Worker API endpoints).
