Reports the payroll data used to calculate workers' compensation premiums, for payments whose pay period falls within the date range. It matches the workers' comp report in the Everee admin portal.

Criteria. Send startDate and endDate (both yyyy-MM-dd, startDate not after endDate).

Only paid payments are included.
