Withdraw a company's onboarding.
Use this endpoint to stop onboarding a company. The status becomes WITHDRAWN, which is final: nothing can be changed afterward, and the onboarding can't be resubmitted.

When you can call this
From DRAFT or UNDER_REVIEW. If the onboarding is already APPROVED, DECLINED or WITHDRAWN, it returns 409.
Errors

404 | No company with this ID belongs to your partner account. |
409 | The onboarding can't be withdrawn from its current status. |
