Provides the 1099 details report for a tax year, as generated for the company's 1099 filing.

Criteria. Send year (a four-digit year).

The report is a snapshot taken when the company's 1099 filing was generated. If no 1099 report is available for the year, the report run ends with status ERRORED and the message "No 1099 details report is available for {year}."
