Remove a leave type by name. If nothing uses the leave type, it's deleted. If it's in use, it's archived instead. Either way the response is 204 with no body. System default leave types can't be deleted. See the Guide to the Leave Types API for when a leave type counts as in use.
The leave type was deleted, or archived if it's in use. The response is the same either way.
