đŸ‘„ People and ownership

Everee has to know who signs for the company, who controls it, and who owns it. These are three roles that can be the same person, and each one is verified.

  • The signer signs the agreements in the embedded experience. Their relationship says whether they are a control person, a beneficial owner, or neither.
  • The control person is the individual with significant responsibility to manage the company, such as its CEO. Exactly one is required.
  • Beneficial owners are individuals or entities that own 25% or more of the company.
