Some onboardings need documents that are not part of the company's data.

| Upload the certificate of authority | Show that a signer who is neither a control person nor an owner may sign for the company. |
| Upload a year-to-date payroll file | Provide the company's historical payroll data for the year so far. |
Files are uploaded as multipart/form-data with a file part. The certificate of authority must be a PDF.
Documents Everee asks for during review are sent with the review requests endpoints instead.
