During review, Everee may need something more from you: a document, an answer, another person's details, a new signature. Each of those is a request. You see open requests in the status response and in a company-onboarding.request-created webhook.

Other request types are answered with other endpoints: a request for another person is answered by adding the person, a request about an expired identity link by resending the link, and a request for a new signature by showing the signing experience again.
Requests can be answered only while the company is under review.
