Create or update GL mappings

Creates or updates GL code mappings for the payroll journal, up to 500 at a time, matching each to an existing mapping by its category, type, detail, and scope.

The category of journal lines the mapping applies to. See the Guide to GL code mappings for what each category is.

Allowed:

transactionType

Narrows the mapping to one transaction type. Leave it out, or leave it blank, to map the whole category. Free text: suggested values are available from the list of suggestions.

transactionDetail

length ≤ 255

Narrows the mapping to one transaction detail of the type. Leave it out, or blank, to map every detail. Requires transactionType.

approvalGroupId

Scopes the mapping to an approval group. Only allowed when the company scopes its mappings by approval group, and the group must belong to the company. Don't set it together with workLocationId.

workLocationId

int64

Scopes the mapping to a work location. Only allowed when the company scopes its mappings by work location, and the location must belong to the company. Don't set it together with approvalGroupId.

glCode

The GL code. Surrounding whitespace is removed, and it can't be blank.
