Get a worker's leave balances: one for each leave type in the policy they're actively enrolled in. The list is empty if the worker isn't enrolled in a policy. Leave types are identified by pay code. Unlimited leave types have no balance and aren't listed. This replaces Get accrued leave balances. See the Guide to the Leave Accrual API.
