Remove a policy. If nothing uses it, it's deleted. If it has been used, it's archived instead, which keeps balances and history. Either way the response is 204 with no body. A policy that still has active enrollments can't be removed, and returns 409. Unenroll the workers first with Unenroll workers from a leave policy. Upcoming enrollments are removed when a policy is archived. See the Guide to the Leave Accrual API.
